Like all software, ours can have bugs. And it always will. The Bug Bounty Program is designed to encourage security research in our software and to reward those
who help us create the safest programs and software in existence.
JordanTBH Technologies will pay a bounty for certain bugs, as detailed on our support page. All bugs must follow the the general criteria to be eligible. Bugs that we are already aware of or are known will not be eligible.
You can learn more about the Bug Bounty Program here. We reserve the right to hold this ticket and the information within the ticket in our system encase of any further requests are needed. Ticket data can be held until deleted. Information may be used to help debug and / or fix issues found within software and applications.
We can refuse to answer any questions which are submitted to us. We only need to provide information in which we wish to offer. Disclosed information and other data which may be request we have the right in wish not to offer.
We offer our ticket service to users in which have purchased our products. We may ask for you to provide details in which will help us resolve your issue. We will never ask for passwords. The ticket must contain be related to one of our products. If you choose an incorrect product and talk about another product your ticket will be left to confusion when assigning the correct support member.
